Our Preferred Customer Club Membership Includes:

• Winter Tune up with filter change and complete system check
• Summer Tune up with filter change and complete system check
• Condenser coil cleaning (No removal) once a year
• Standard filter changes (up to two standard filters per unit – 2x a year

– Clean condenser to ensure consistent operation
– Check evaporator coil for proper function
– Check refrigerant line condition
– Check all capacitors for proper function
– Check all relays for proper function
– Check refrigerant levels
– Lubricate motors
– Check amperage draw
– Calibrate the thermostat
– Check and tighten electrical connections

– Clean the gas burners

– Check gas pressures to identify leaks
